Modern villa with private pool in Cesseras

Enjoy a luxurious holiday in this villa near beautiful Cesseras. It is a four-person villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lots of privacy. The house is especially suitable for a family with 2 children. Outside you will find 2 terraces where you can relax. The view here is really fantastic.

The villa is located 3 km from the village of Cesseras. It has a web of small streets against the ridge and well worth a visit. You will find, among other things, a cozy café. In Olonzac (5 km) there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, markets (every Tuesday morning) and tennis courts. The Mediterranean Sea is about half an hour away. At 8.5 km is the very old village of Minerve, which is one of the 140 most beautiful villages in France.

The villa has a private swimming pool. It is located on a plot of 4,400 m² against a large nature reserve. Here you have many opportunities for beautiful walks.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We hebben ondertussen al heel veel ervaring in het boeken van dergelijke villa's/huisjes en dit is een huis, dat voor ons op een gedeelde eerste plaats komt. ALLES is in orde, geen gebreken. Privacy all the way. We kwamen om tot rust te komen. We zijn ontspannen vertrokken.

Wij hebben 14 dagen genoten van ons verblijf op La Pampa. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en volledige privacy met geweldig uitzicht. Het zwembad was erg aangenaam, vrij groot en vrij diep, fijn om in te zwemmen. Voot mensen die slecht ter been zijn of ouder zou een railing in het zwembad een uitkomst zijn. Je kunt nu nergens aan vasthouden! Je kon goed wandelen en het zeer mooie stadje Minerve is zeker een bezoek waard en het ligt eigenlijk om de hoek. Ideale vakantie gehad! Els.

Prima villa. Mooi groot terrein. Helaas was het zwembad overdag niet te gebruiken als gevolg van een werpen- en bijenplaag. Alleen 's morgens-voreg en 's avonds konden we het zwembad een beetje gebruiken. Punten van aandacht: De lampen in de woonkamer geven eigenlijk te weinig licht. De afstandsbediening voor de NL-TV is niet de kleine, maar juist de grote zwarte afstandsbediening. In het stopcontact van de Wifi zit iets los. Als je het beweegt valt de stroom voor de Wifi weg. Ik ben er niet toe gekomen het te repareren.

Het huis is mooier en groter dan de foto's doen lijken. Het uitzicht achter het huis is prachtig. Bij het zwembad wordt het uitzicht naar de bergen ietwat geblokkeerd door een aantal struiken. Zwembad zelf is prima in orde. Onderhoud mag misschien iets beter, maar acceptabel. Het nabijgelegen oude stadje Minerve is echt een aanrader, waarbij je in de zomermaanden door de drooggelegen rivierbedding kan lopen. Een avondwandeling over de oude stadswallen van Carcassonne is ook leuk. Het strand ligt op ongeveer een uurtje rijden. Al met al een dikke plus voor dit huis.

Wat een prachtige locatie! Het huisje is bijzonder rustig gelegen met een pracht ...
Wat een prachtige locatie! Het huisje is bijzonder rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht. We hadden aanvankelijk wel wat moeilijkheden om het huis te vinden, aangezien onze gps problemen had om de coördinaten te herkennen. Bovendien kan je het huis van op straat niet zien liggen. Daarom beschrijven we voor toekomstige gasten even de route, zodat iedereen onmiddellijk van een onbezorgde vakantie kan genieten: Als je vanuit Olonzac komt, moet je aan een grote gele brievenbus de weg naar boven volgen, richtig Fauzan. Je zal een aantal haarspeldbochten tegenkomen, maar ook als je denkt dat je al te ver bent, moet je gewoon blijven doorrijden. Op een gegeven moment moet je rechts afslaan, naar de D10E1. Een honderdtal meter verder, kom je op een Y-splitsing, waar je rechts aanhoudt. Op die manier rij je recht op een houten hek met een lange oprit af. Dat is jullie huisje! Het domein had een grote, mooie tuin, waardoor onze hond ook op avontuur kon gaan. Als je inkopen wil gaan doen, moet je uiteraard altijd de auto nemen, maar binnen 5 minuutjes sta je in Olonzac, waar zich verschillende bakkers bevinden. Zoek je een supermarkt, dan raden wij Intermarché in La Redorte aan. Die was aanzienlijk goedkoper dan de Casino in Olonzac. Vergeet niet bij elke autorit van de mooie natuur te genieten! Het huisje beschikte over alle nodige faciliteiten. Je kon zelfs Nederlandse en Belgische tv-zenders ontvangen. De weergoden waren ons gunstig gezind, dus hebben we veel tijd aan het zwembad doorgebracht, dat wel degelijk de grootste troef van deze locatie is. Als we toch een puntje van kritiek moeten uiten, is het dat we toch wel graag een persoonlijke ontvangst op prijs weten te stellen, hetgeen hier niet het geval was. De eigenaar is weliswaar telefonisch bereikbaar. Wij hebben alleszins een geslaagde vakantie gehad!

La propriété est très belle et confortable. En plus le propriétaire met à la disposition du locataire des choses de premières nécessités bien utiles ( médicaments épices huile....) Le gros hic c'est que toutes les explications fournies sont en néerlandais!!!! Pas facile de se débrouiller! j'ai également eu un problème à l'arrivée le numéro de code d'entrée ne m'ayant pas été communiqué. si vous pouviez remédier à ces 2 points si vous souhaitez louer à des francophones comme moi tout serait parfait pour cette location.

Villa in prachtige omgeving, maar wel afgelegen, toch 10km tot in winkels Olonzac (épicerie Cesseras gesloten) Accomodatie heeft alles...behalve airco. Bij zeer warm weer moeilijk fris te houden. Voor de rest is alles aanwezig in de villa, prachtige tuin, vele zithoekjes, volledige privacy !
