I was really amazed with the nice smell at the entrance, 2 small jasmine trees welcoming you, everything was nice, all staff are very nice, no English at the reception, but no problem cause the smoky faces and their trying was quite helpful, there is a man who seems the manager was good in English. And was called if the receptionist didn’t understand what requested. I will definitely go again as the location is amazingly peaceful and beautiful sea view.

Personel çok yardımseverdi fakat villalarda sıcak su yoktu. Şömine olduğu yazıyor fakat odunu kendiniz getirmeniz gerekiyormuş. Otel temin etmedi, haliyle şömine yok gibi düşünebilirsiniz. Banyolarda sıvı sabun şampuan duş jeli yoktu.

Villalar fotoğrafta gözüktüğü gibi değildi.
Otelde villalarda konaklama yaptık. Villalar 3 oda olarak gözüküyor. Ancak 2 odası yerin altında. Bodrum kattaki odalar personel odası gibiydi. Aynı şekilde bodrum kattaki odalarda sıcak su düzgün çalışmıyordu ve odalar rutubetliydi. Villalarda sabun, tuvalet kağıdı ve şampuan dahi yoktu. Odaların temizliği ve hazırlığı yetersizdi. Bunun dışında hizmet olarak Emre bey çok ilgiliydi ve yardımcı oldu. Her isteğimizi hızlı bir şekilde çözmek için çabaladı. Odalarla ilgili problemleri çözmekte ne yazık ki oda yetersiz kaldı.

Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Leider wurden wohl von Gästen die Türen eingerammt und wurde nicht erneuert bzw. repariert. Es sehr dezent möbiliert. Hier und da fehlte an Besteck und Geschirr, allerdings kinnte man diese über das Personal bekommen. Im großen und ganzen ist die Anlage/Villa schön.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Betreiberfamilie. Man hat alles getan, um uns Glücklich zu machen. Bei Fehlern hat man sich entschuldigt und sich sofort um Abhilfe bemüht. Es war ein erholsamer und ruhiger Urlaub. Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Vielen Dank an Ismail abi!

Superbe hotel au calme
Situation exceptionnelle, grande chambre on ne peut plus confortable avec grande terrasse et canapé! état neuf au calme, propreté irréprochable. À moins de 10 Min du centre de cesme. Ambiance piscine vraiment sympa. Petit déjeuné turc très complet et personnel au petit soin. Tout est fait pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable! Nous avons meme souhaité prolonger mais malheureusement l hotel était complet. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour cet accueil. (Voiture obligatoire)

Sehr grosse und freundlich eingerichtete Villa. Super Ausblick auf das Meer und eine direkte Treppenverbindung zum Swimmingpool. Nachteile: kein Wifi im Haus. Man musste immer auf der Terasse sitzen, um Empfang zu haben. Teilweise kaputte Treppenbeleuchtung. Spülmaschine defekt. Keine tägliche bzw. Zimmerservice. Erst nach Anfrage kommt die Reinigung bzw. wechsel der Handtücher. Kein Geschirr bzw. Gläser im Haus vorhanden. Kompliment: Das Personal regelte alles sofort und ohne jegliche Probleme. Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort in Taten umgesetzt. Hier für eine eins.

Resepsiyondaki küçük güzel kız Hotels.com'dan geldiğimizi görünce otelde sadece 3-4 oda dolu olmasına rağmen, otelin en kötü 2 odasından birini verdi.Parayı kartımdan çekmeyi beceremeyip, sevgilimin yanında "Beyefendi kartınız geçersiz" dedi.Sonra aynı kartı uzattım ve ödemeyi alabildi.Oda numaramızı sorduğumda "Otelimizde odalar numaralı değil" cevabını verdi ve sustu :) Odamızda wifi çekmiyordu, kaldı ki lobide de çekmiyordu. Otelin yeri sebebiyle 3G-Edge hızında dahi internet yok. Odada mini bar yok.Otelin hijyeni ve komforu gayet güzel.Eğer marina,çarşı veya kale civarına gezmeyi düşünüyorsanız aracınızın olması gerekiyor.Resepsiyon haricinde personelin yaklaşımı, kahvaltının zenginliği ve havuzun temizliği otelin en güzel üçlüsü.
