Beautiful boutique hotel, decorated and furnished to very high standard with great amenities and good location. Hotel was semi closed with no pool or sauna in operation - this was very disappointing.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung! Wir hatten vereinbart, dass wir ein Superior Zimmer bekommen, welches 15€ mehr pro Tag betragen soll. Am ersten Tag haben wir unser Zimmer, welches per WhatsApp gezeigt wurde, leider nicht erhalten, aber die 15€ (550TL) wurden uns NICHT zurück gegeben. Angeblich war das erste Zimmer auch Superior, obwohl es viel kleiner war und zudem nicht den Bildern entsprach, die wir per WhatsApp bekommen haben. Frühstück für die 3. Person war nicht inklusive - wir haben die gleiche Menge wie für 2 erhalten. Angeblich haben wir gebackene Snacks mehr bekommen (1 SigaraBörek so groß, wie der Zeigefinger) Beim auschecken hat uns keiner angeguckt, obwohl die Besitzerin an der Rezeption saß und ihr Mitarbeiter auch in der Lobby war. Keiner hat Tschüss oder GüleGüle gesagt, und keiner hat bei den Koffern geholfen. Schrecklich - unfreundlich und man merkt, dass dieses Hotel NUR Geld möchte, aber alles andere Ist egal. Werde ich keinem empfehlen - und dann wundern sich die Menschen in Alaçatı, dass es jedes Jahr weniger wird. Kein Service, kein Guten Morgen, kein tschüss, keine Hilfe! Bitte nicht ins ALA HOTEL gehen

Die unterkunft ist sehr sehr klein und eingeengt leider. Es sieht nicht wirklich aus wie auf den fotos, der pool ist sehr mini und die anlage generell auch sehr sehr klein. Die zimmer waren schrecklich so klein und eng das man platzangst bekommt leider. Nur die lage war gut direkt in der stadt

Maalesef odaya gece giriş yaptığımızda WC temizlenmemişti. Çarşaflar eskilikten sararmış ve lekeliydi. Gece lambası yoktu. Duşlar paslanmıştı. Yani genel olarak cok güzel olabilecek bu otel, oldukça bakımsızdı. Personel cok güleryüzlü ve ilgili.

Konumu harika, sessiz ve huzurlu
Otelin konumu çok iyi, tam Alaçatı Çarşı’nın sonunda. Otoparkı yok bir ara sokağa parkettik. Dekorasyonu harika, özellikle havuzu ve bahçesi çok huzurlu ve tam instagramlık. Avlu manzaralı oda biraz sıkıcıydı dar bir sokağa bakıyordu, resimde loccitane marka gorunen sampuan vs. yoktu, markasiz urun koymuslar. Yataklar biraz sert, odada keetle yok. Chech in sirasinda bazi kisilerin bavulu tasinirken bize teklif edilmedi ust katta kalmamiza ragmen kendimiz taşıdık. Havuz icin dus & kabin yok, bunlar onemli eksiklikler. Kahvalti cesidi azdi, Alacatı kahvaltisi boyle olmamali, cok standart sarkuteri urunleri. Sessiz ve huzurlu bir otel bu anlamda memnun kaldik. Ama eksiklikleri bulunuyor dedigimiz uzere.

Sehr sauber und nette Leute im Hotel. Top war dass es Erwachsenenhotel ist und die Zimmern waren Okay. klein aber fein. Frühstück war jeden Tag dasselbe. Service sehr gut.
