"The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."

"The staff is helpful and very friendly. They all made sure all my needs were met efficiently and pleasantly. The breakfast bufet was simply delicious and the selection wonderful. I was especially impressed by the fresh honey comb which I drizzled over the most delicious oatmeal. "

"Nicest hotel in the area! Excellent facilities! The hotel restaurants and bar are also the best in the area. Amazing cuisine!! I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area so have a good basis of comparison. This hotel wildly surpassed my expectations both for its quality and price point. Excellent value! A luxurious and serene experience. Excellent for both couples and families alike. We WILL return!"

"Hotel war sauber und die Zimmer modern eingerichtet und großzügig Leider mussten wir an drei von vier Tagen in dem „Schwester Hotel“ pecr well zum Frühstück gehen. Das sind ca 3 Minuten Fußweg - Mit Kleinkind jeden Morgen etwas unangenehm. Die Qualität und das Ambiente in „Unserem“ Hotel zum Frühstück empfanden wir als besser. "Byli jsme nadšení. Krásné prostředí, klidné se skvělou dostupností na sjezdovku (menší pro děti a úplné začátečníky přímo u hotelu, větší kousek přes silnici), ale i pěší výlet či výlet na běžky. Vlek přímo u ubytování. Dále bych vyzdvihla výbornou snídani. Spoustu variant sladké /slané /bezmasé. Navíc po náročném dni možnost wellness - sauna, vyhřívka, bazén. Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Doporučuji!"

"Old hotel but renovated and with nice rooms. Great breakfast. In the middle of Pec. Parking lot staff was very rude but the rest of the staff was great. Certainly worth the cost. Will come again."

"Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. Auch die Mülltonne wurde nur sporadisch geleert vor dem Haus. Laut der Chefin liegt dies wohl an der an dem fehlenden Personal. Sonst alles gut und zu empfehlen."
