For shared use: property 15 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Garden furniture. In the house: WiFi. 300 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Prunete" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.

Terrace furniture (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
