"クーネオ駅に正午くらいに着き、タクシーでホテルに着きましたが、空いてない。家族経営のホテルとあったので、誰かいるかなと思って窓を叩くも、応答なし。チェックインの際は電話してとあるが、通信手段がない私にとってはなすすべもない。たまたま隣の方がでてきたので、思いきって声をかけ、ホテルの人を呼び出してもらいました。すぐに来てくれて対応してもらいました。チェックインのときに朝食を食べるかと聞かれ、食べるとこたえ、お金も払い、場所も教えてもらいました。次の日朝食会場は開いておらず、イタリアってこんなとこなんだと諦めていたら、系列のホテルで朝食を採れることの表示を見たのは、近くのバールで食べて帰ってきてからでした。不親切というより、イタリア語ができるとなんでもない問題なんだろうと諦めました。"

"The welcome by Daniela and Stefano is always a great start to a wonderful stay. The accommodation is immaculate in presentation and equipment. "Die Ruhe und Entspannung in einem schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus haben wir sehr genossen! Ein Teil der kleinen Strasse, die zum hochgelegenen Haus führt, ist unbefestigt. Das muss man bedenken. Mit der Vermieterin war immer schnell ein netter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt (Handy) möglich. Es gibt dort viele wunderbare Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. In den umliegenden Dörfern findet man alles, was man braucht. Ein wirklich wunderbarer (14 tägiger) Aufenthalt!!!!"
