"The property is stunning but Is not completely finished. The host was very nice and responsive. The place was very clean. The showers are extremely small and the basement has issues with dampness. A dehumidifier would help immensely. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay."

"Villa Elena was great - very private and quiet location. Pool was very nice and the house is very well equipped with good AC. Host helped with various questions before and during the stay."

"We wanted a villa within a short drive of the Marco Simone golf course for my brother to experience playing the course before the Ryder Cup. My sister-in-law and I wanted a day in Rome including a concert at the Capuchin monkˋs crypt. We all enjoyed the Tenuto di Marco villa sitting in beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Palombara Sabina. "This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"

"Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "

"Great location. Easy parking. Quiet area. Nice to find a place with twin beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. The best thing in the restaurant was the pizza. "

"Poorly lit room, and NO Air Conditioning. Windows in room were open upon our arrival and room was full of mosquitoes. Pillows were lumpy and paper thin. Mattress was thin memory foam, not comfortable. Staff was absolutely indifferent to our business and our presence in the hotel. Generally just not a good place for an American traveler to feel welcome or physically comfortable. "
