"The apartment above me had the stairs right on the wall where the head board for the bed is. The property can’t control the guests staying in the room above but could hear the conversations all night and the stomping up and down by children and adults alike meant my kid free relax and read night away did not go as planned this room needs to be booked out with the upper apartment as was not a good experience. Mould in shower recess needs attention-and on bathroom roof. Light in bathroom needed...

I do understand reason.Tried to explain that Aus has national privacy law agst collecting/keeping personal info esp credit card info, their practice was actually violation. Owner got aggressive, insisted that is their policy and wanted to throw us out without listening. Didnt understand nor stop what he was doing to listen. "Lovely unit. Everything was as described in description. Everything was available to use in the kitchen. Nice and clean on arrival. There is not BBQ, but could use BBQ’s in the estate near pool.Middle room fan ticked when on, made it hard for the children to sleep.WIFI was in and out… made it hard to watch anything online. But we had free to air TV. Overall a lovely small unit, close to beach and playground. "

"Was stranded outside the house for over 1.5 hour trying to get in touch with expedia and the home owner by international call ($$$). The service was not friendly AT ALL and even wanted to refund us without giving any alternative solution when we couldnt enter the property after almost 2 hours. Upon entering, the house looks ok until you take a closer look, its dusty and dirty. The bed has poop on it, not sure lizard or what insects. Also, asked the owner simple questions like wifi but it was NOT...
