"I loved my stay at Opera Relais de Charme. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the heart of Verona. My room was clean and exceptionally spacious. The reception was very helpful and accommodating. Bianca, in particular had great suggestions of where to eat and the best ways to get around. (Taxi, bus, etc.) I travel to Verona often for business and this will be my preferred place to stay. "

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming to help with directions, suggestions, and transportation. Facility and room was very clean. Nice size room. Any extra requests came with a frown. Asked for 3 pillows because the pillows in the room were very thin. I was provided one pillow and felt he was inconvenienced. Stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Requested 3 new towels. "Good location, within 10 minutes walk in to the old town, safe and quiet with good food only around the corner, and a large supermarket - Conad, would recommend this hotel, but make sure all arrangements are made and understood at check in, as trying to find a member of staff during the day is impossible, and you need to call the emergency number for anything"
