"Very convenient for the support of course but you have to use the shuttle bus. You only have to ring when you are at the airport and in the hotel it’s every 30mins. NB although you are 5 mins walk away from the airport you cannot walk there as there are no pavements."

"The hotel is one of the few that offers airport transportation. Everything is as they described The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was amazing! The food and service were both superb. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Best location on the lake. At the entrance. You can walk along the lake or Como centre. Staff very polite and room was comfortable. I recommend if you don’t want to drive to far on the lake as the route is very tight."

"The Hotel has a shuttle bus to go to Malpensa airport every half an hour. It is very convenient when you have to go to the airport very early in the morning. The room is big with two queen beds. It is quite far from the Milan center."

Great solution but room was too HOT

"Great hotel, apart from the fact that the room was far too hot and despite asking the team, the heating could not be switched off. On the second night I therefore had to sleep with the window open. Otherwise, great breakfast and dinner, nice and helpful reception team, great atmosphere."

"Although check in took a long time, the staff were very helpful and the location was great for the airport as long as you are happy to pay the extra EUR5 per person for the transfer bus which was very regular and on time. There is also a brilliant restaurant a few 100m from the hotel, but needs to be booked in advance, but the food is outstanding and very reasonable."

"Very nice but short stay. We just book a room for one night before early flight. Toom very clean and comfortable. The reception staff very nice and professional. Hotel has an airport shuttle if tou would like to use, but it is convenient locatated literally few minutes from Case Nuove bus stop for free airport bus shuttle which will take you between terminals. "
