"Absolutely amazing. Dead-center of everything you'll want to see and do in Valparaiso. If you can, get a room with the terrace view, which provides direct access to the stairs to the roof and its stunning 360 degree views. The couple that runs this place are just lovely and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Our only complaint was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. A lot of the restaurants in the area served huge portions, and we had nowhere to put the leftovers."

"This is a nice hotel in a good location which is important in this area because most of the Galleries, restaurants and things to do are within a few blocks and that area is fairly safe but outside that area it's sketchy and a little dangerous. Many good restaurants in the area but you can see this whole safe neighborhood in one or two days. The staff is helpful but there is no elevator so if you have bad knees or back you're going to need to get the staff to bring your suitcases up some pretty...
