"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."

"I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended."

"The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. The ceiling in the dinning area was stained and the ceiling tiles were broken and, some, slightly coming out (like in 1-star motel). "The stuff was very friendly, smiling a lot and professional. The hotel was clean, eco-friendly and had everything you need. The room was very spacious with nice view to the garden. It was very calm and silent. The program for children seemed amazing (there is a playground outside, play room and movie room inside; there is also an option with hotel auntie) and also the fitness classes everyday was good option...The swimming pool was quite empty. The choice of beauty treatments was great and done...

"Beautiful property. Excellent location. But be aware that some rooms might be near the late night bars. Is was loud until early in the morning. I will stay there again but will ask for a room further away from the activity. "
