"Really disappointed. No heads up that the restaurant and bar would be closed.....on a Friday evening! Had to eat at another hotel. we had planned to ride on friday, get freshened up and dine at the hotel. Would not let us check in until 4pm."

"The room was well presented, clean and spacious. Grrat black out for sleeping ans amazing views of Geneva. Staff were ok and managed to get us booked for a meal. I'd recommend pre booking the restaurant as there is nowhere else close to eat if on foot. 20 minute walk from the nearest bus station through a cute French village, but is up hill. "

"I liked this hotel and the staff were excellent keep in mind this is an old hotel that was in good condition. The hotel and the rooms were cold. It was the first cold snap of the year and it was cold in the rooms. Even at 0°c outside, inside you still needed a jacket inside. The restaurant was good and the pizzas were pretty tasty. There are a ton of places to eat in this town and quite a variation. "
