OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO.
L'appartamento è in ottima posizione: in centro, a pochi metri dal mare a da una delle tante spiagge libere, le spiagge sono in sabbia e abbastanza ampie. L'appartamento è spazioso con balcone e ristrutturato da poco. Anche l'arredamento e' nuovo, la cucina ha il fornello, il forno e il forno a microonde.

Ottima posizione, foto corrispondenti all alloggio. Uniche pecche sono che con i condizionatori accesi l impianto non reggeva altri elettrodomestici e la pulizia delle alloggio lasciava a desiderare

Ho soggiornato qui con mia mamma e mio figlio di 1 anno e mezzo. Che dire? Tutto perfetto...L'appartamento è bello, comodo, super accessoriato, anche più spazioso di quanto sembrasse dall'annuncio. La posizione è eccezionale, tranquilla e centralissima. Alessandra è stata sempre disponibile, attenta e gentile. Consigliatissimo, da tornarci ad occhi chiusi!

Tutto come da descrizione, perfetto
L'alloggio e' ristrutturato e modernamente arredato, comodo al centro ed alla spiaggia. Completamente accessoriato, non manca proprio niente ed e' perfettamente pulito. Unico piccolo neo, se proprio dobbiamo metterlo, la necessità di tenere il clima acceso di notte per evitare i rumori alle prime ore del mattino dovuti al passaggio di autoveicoli/moto sull'Aurelia. La proprietà è disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema.

L'appartamento rispecchia le aspettative dell'annuncio ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. All'arrivo ci ha accolto la signora nadia, che è stata molto gentile e disponibile per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Vicino all'appartamento c'è la ferrovia ma mon da alcun problema. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento curato e ordinato
L'appartamento, situato all'ultimo piano (5° con ascensore), è molto curato ed ordinato, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari. E' anche dotato di forno a microonde e di due condizionatori. L'unica nota negativa è che si affaccia sulle rotaie tuttavia gli infissi sono recenti e, tutto sommato, il rumore è limitato.

Capodanno al mare
Casa accogliente, pulita e ben arredata. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione vicino al centro e al mare E' stato un piacevole soggiorno, grazie anche alle belle giornate di sole. Riscaldamento con pompe di calore non molto funzionale, ma la temperatura esterna mite ha sopperito alla carenza.

Very nice and cozy little apartment
The apartment is as described and perfectly fits 4 people. For 6 it is a bit too small but can be ok for a few days. It is very well equipped and nicely furnished. It's quite close to the train, so the night is a bit noisy. You have 10-12 steps at the entrance before the elevator. Very good location, near the beach and a little local open air market.

Ottimo appartamento, vicinissimo al mare e con tutto il necessario a disposizione.
Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana a giugno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e attrezzato di tutto il necessario. I condizionatori, la lavastoviglie, lavatrice...vicinissimo al mare e al centro.

Ottimo bilocale
L'appartamento è pulito e attrezzato con tutto il necessario (aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, due televisori, il forno a microonde e lettino da campeggio per neonati). A due passi dal mare e dalla zona pedonale piena di negozi è comodissimo per fare passeggiate sul lungomare ed essendo oltre l'Aurelia non c'è nemmeno bisogno di attraversarla per andare in spiaggia (per i bambini è perfetto). Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e mia figlia di 5 mesi per una settimana e ci siamo trovati stupendamente. Se dovessimo tornare a Ceriale sicuramente affitteremmo nuovamente la casa.

Ottima soluzione vicino a mare e a tutti i servizi
Ottimo appartamento, davvero a due passi dal centro, dal mare e da tutti i servizi. Il paese è l'ideale per famiglie e la macchina ce la siamo dimenticata per due settimane. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in due adulti con una bambina di due anni e lo spazio era più che sufficiente. Per qualche giorno ci hanno raggiunto i nonni e in 5 forse l'appartamento comincia a stare stretto. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi per qualsiasi cosa. Il balcone è un po' piccolo e più che il treno disturba un po' il traffico dell'aurelia.. ma dopo un paio di giorni ci si fa l'abitudine. Se ne avremo occasione ci torneremo sicuramente.

Strategico!!!
Ottimo appartamento , a due passi dal mare e dal centro !!! Dotato di tutto l'indispensabile e di aria condizionata . Noi eravamo in due adulti e due bimbi e gli spazi sono ideali , una gran bella camera e un vano con salotto e cucina , l'ideale non troppo grande ne troppo piccola! Sicuramente ci torneremo !!!
