"The property was amazing. The staff are amazing. They are so sweet and kind, and will accommodate all of your needs. The rooms are so clean, and had an extremely comfortable bed, with luxury bedding/comforter. They know Rome well, they can and will help you with absolutely anything. "This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to contact the site and they were very responsive even though there is no on-site management. Be warned - the stairs are steep to the second and third floor rooms. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The young lady who brought our breakfast and cleaned the room was very friendly. The checkin and out process was very smooth. It is located within walking distance of major attractions and in a great neighborhood. Definitely would stay there again. "

"Loved this hotel in a 500 year old building. The front desk staff were amazing. The room was large with an electric fireplace heater and a large jacuzzi tub. The elevator was quite small but other than that, truly a great hotel and highly recommended."

"This was a very sweet little guest house, literally off of St. Peter's Square. The price and location CAN NOT BE BEAT! I will say that the hotel seems like it's a start up, and they seem to be slowly renovating as they have more guests. It's loud - inside and out. My kids stayed in a room closer to the front desk and the room itself was nicer, but the bathroom looks to need updating. We stayed in the room the furthest away from the front desk, and could hear everything going on...

"I truly appreciate this place. It's peaceful, less crowded with tourists, and offers a more local vibe, conveniently located near the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. My only issue is that the upper floor generates a really annoying noise, like someone dragging a chair; it keeps us from sleeping for a while. Soundproofing is definitely needed here. Other than that, it was fantastic. We booked the large one-bedroom for a family of four. I would stay here again."

"It’s a little tiny mobile home, but it has everything in it that you need. The convenience was definitely something that made it work even though it was so small. The great thing is is there’s a restaurant and a small grocery store on the property, which was fantastic to have available"

"Our stay was fantastic! We arrived early and they prepared our room quickly, a couple hours before check in. They also stored our suitcases and had them in our room when we returned. Every employee was exceptionally nice, professional and went out of their way to help us. The room was beautiful and clean. I’m looking forward to returning."

Great hotel, perfectly situated

"We were looking for a place in the Trastevere area of Rome but weren't sure exactly where. We had great luck in choosing UNAHOTELS. The staff at the front desk were professional and friendly (special thanks to Melania, who was very patient with us!). They were very helpful in providing advice on the area, how to get around, etc. The accommodations were very comfortable, including a large bathroom with two sinks, and a great shower. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. I would recommend that patrons elect breakfast, as the buffet was bountiful and fresh, and the service exceptional. A special thanks to Bea, one of the wonderful breakfast staff who was friendly and helpful. "
