"Everything was great and comfortable. Breakfast is pancakes , pastries , cereal and oatmeal. Coffee and OJ too. Deposit was returned quick. Area is busy with stragglers in the day but quiet and calm at night. I will stay here again."

We tried to support the local businesses but there isn’t much family owned. Mostly cheap chain stores and restaurants. They need more local organic food and store options.

Not a good experience for my first time to Modesto. The hotel wouldn't accept my form of payment after making all those arrangements and upgrades. Had to go to another hotel late in the evening. Very inconvenient.
