"We were fortunate that, unusually, the property was available during the winter. Our extended family stayed 12 nights over the Christmas/New Year holidays. We received a warm welcome from Marie Claire and were pleased to find a decorated Christmas tree in the living room. We enjoyed the location, a short walk to the Mediterranean, and a 15-18 minute walk to Collioure. The grounds have parking for multiple vehicles, which is useful.A very memorable holiday!!"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay; the house is even better in person than in photographs, with huge amounts of space, a lovely garden, a stunning pool that kept the children happy, and a great location about 15 minutes from the beach."

"Lovely stay. Eloi is a superb host, for whom nothing seemed too much trouble. The property is in a superb location, with fabulous views over the mountain to the border with Spain. Privacy is guaranteed, but you do have to enjoy isolation, as the nearest shops and bars are a hair-raising 25 minute drive up and down the mountain on a very narrow, twisty road. We live in France and can only take holidays out of season due to our business commitments. Our shot in the dark worked for us and the whole package worked.
