"Although it is a bit of the walk to the center of the city and train station (maybe 20-25min … taxi is available at train station) and walk up the hill (good workout in my opinion) on the way back, I found location is very nice and relaxing with beautiful garden views and hills on both sides. Garage parking included is a big plus so if does not want to walk up the hill, car can be used plus I saw bus and taxi driving around. One shower might be a small problem if many sharing but there is half...

"Sehr schwierig und ohne Begleitung eines Guards nicht zu finden. Lage aber wunderschön. Küche könnte sauberer sein. Küchenausstattung, z.B. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist angeblich für 8 Personen, es gibt aber nicht einmal 4 gleiche Tassen, eher Studentenbudenniveau. Betten sehr einfach. Man kann für wenig Geld die Ausstattung wesentlich verbessern. Balkonmöbel nicht ausreichend und sehr basic. Lage und Assicht vom Balkon wunderschön."

"Die Auffahrt ist für einen normalen PKW nicht möglich, da dieser aufsetzt. Hier muss einer der wenigen öffentlichen Parkplätze gefunden werden und alles den Berg hoch und runtergeschleppt werden. Das Bad ist an der Decke richtig schwarz verschimmelt. Die Spülmaschine ist kaputt, so dass nur das untere Teil beladen werden kann. Die Waschmaschine sah so verrottet aus (steht draußen), dass wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Der Pool war im Oktober schon geschlossen - dies war bei Fewo nicht zu erkennen...

"Avoid at all costs! The house was unlivable throughout our stay of ca one week. There is a long ongoing full-blowout construction work of the second half of the building (two ”apparments”). They work all day for six days a week and the noice level is for most of the day 93 db, that is too loud to speak to each other, hear your own thoughts and obviously to put children to sleep. Novasol are not bothered. Secondly the house is located 1 m from the railway. Traffic is intense including freight...

Host gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o richiesta; appartamento spazioso, nuovissimo e pulitissimo! Ottima sistemazione per chi volesse visitare Genova. Tutte le principali attrazioni possono essere raggiunte a piedi. Il top!"
