"The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Bezug des Appartements verlief schnell und unkompliziert.Die Klimaanlage und alle technischen Geräte haben ohne Probleme funktioniert.Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wir haben schöne Tage am Pool genossen.leider waren die schränke nicht wirklich ausgewischt, der Boden war noch sehr staubig/schmutzig und zum wirklich wohlfühlen hat es einfach ein bisschen an Sauberkeit gefehlt. "Zum Strand musste man mit dem Auto 5 Minuten bis 30 Minuten je nach Strand fahren. Der unten an der Klippe war zum Baden im Meer gut, aber nicht um den Tag da zu verbringen. Ansonsten tipptopp, Wohnung hell und gekühlt, super Blick übers Meer und der Poolbereich ist ein Pluspunkt. Kleiner Supermarkt im Nachbardorf, leider teuerer als unten in der Stadt. "I really liked this place. Marko was super friendly and helpful and the place is really good. Locally situated it was easy to walk around. The let down was the noise, not the noise from outside as I didn’t hear that but the neighbours were really noisy. They kept talking (more like shouting) until 1:30am which if you are catching an early ferry is annoying. Maybe it was a once off but did ruin the rest I wanted ."

"Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht. Für uns 4 war sie etwas zu klein und hatte wenig Stauraum. Aber dafür gibt es einen schönen großen Garten. Außerdem einen schattigen Stellplatz für das Auto, was bei den Temperaturen super war. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht dass alles passt. Vielen Dank."

"Waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und suchten ein Apartment in Strandnähe und einer Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Umag fiel daher in die Wahl,um möglichst kurze Fahrtzeit aus Deutschland zu haben. Villa Danex Premium war dort unser Favorit, da neben dem modernen Appartement ein Pool, Whirlpool, Freisitz und Grill sowie Trampolin für die Kinder vorhanden sind (diese Einrichtungen teilt man sich mit dem anderen Appartement, ist aber kein Problem). "We had a glorious two week holiday here. It is remote ( very quiet and rural) so have to drive everywhere but good beaches and towns 35~40 mins away. Rovinj and Vrsar our favourites. House is very well presented and spotless with everything you need. Lovely barbecue area with sink by the pool. Very clean and well equipped. Worth noting just two a/c units one upstairs and one down, so fans in the bedrooms would have been good as they did get quite warm at night and we weren’t keen to leave...
