"We had a really great stay in Forgotten Garden Apartments. We liked the proximity of the sea shore, however quite a steep street led there. But it was good for some physical training, especially when you go up with a stroller. The apartment was clean, nice, but a bit small - two bedrooms accommodated only the beds. "Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Bezug des Appartements verlief schnell und unkompliziert.Die Klimaanlage und alle technischen Geräte haben ohne Probleme funktioniert.Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wir haben schöne Tage am Pool genossen.leider waren die schränke nicht wirklich ausgewischt, der Boden war noch sehr staubig/schmutzig und zum wirklich wohlfühlen hat es einfach ein bisschen an Sauberkeit gefehlt. "I really liked this place. Marko was super friendly and helpful and the place is really good. Locally situated it was easy to walk around. The let down was the noise, not the noise from outside as I didn’t hear that but the neighbours were really noisy. They kept talking (more like shouting) until 1:30am which if you are catching an early ferry is annoying. Maybe it was a once off but did ruin the rest I wanted ."

Great for family trip

"We stayed for only three nights but had an entirely positive experience. We had a large and spacious room with a separate bedroom. Nearby restaurants offered good food and great service, and an indoor swimming pool, included in the price, was just steps away. We will definitely return."

"I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. I wanted to stay in Piran but choose this hotel initially for two reasons: (a) it was walking distance along a promenade to Piran and offered free parking; and (b) it would be staying in a slice of history as the form of the hotel (though not the renovated interiors) harked back to the more brutalist days of the Yugoslav Republic. Then I got there - the staff were unfailingly lovely; the room was big (after several days of tiny rooms); each room has an expansive sea view; the breakfast was out of this world; and it was a beautiful promenade in front of the hotel along the sea. It was really a singular experience and one of the reasons that Piran was a highlight of the trip. My mother (70 yo) felt very poorly on the last night of the trip and was quite ill during the night. As we didn't have to leave to go to the airport until 4pm, I requested a late-check out. Not only did they give my mother the room until 4pm, but they didn't accept extra payment for the additional time in the room. Honestly I can't recommend this hotel more highly!"
