"We stayed over the Christmas period and were lucky not to experience any of the dreaded load shedding. The property was fantastic, clean and welcoming in ever aspect. "Probably the worst rental accommodation in 50 years of global travel I have ever stayed in. Your non-refundable policy is entirely inappropriate consider that it was the wrong property. I stayed 3 of 8 nights. I could not take my wife there. In SA under the Consumer Protection Act you would be obliged to refund me for the 4 nights I cancelled. Your whole system if flawed and unfair. No recommendations from me to use Stayz - quite the contrary"

"The property was perfect for us to explore the northern joburg suburbs and the fourways area. The house was well presented with good living spaces and large bedrooms. The house was immaculate. "We loved staying here. It is a stunning home, very spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and very close to the local shops and restaurants, just a few minutes walk. Security is excellent, and when we inadvertently set the alarm off security was at the premises shortly after. We always felt safe in the house and the Parkhurst area in general. "The owners were very nice and tried very hard to make my stay nice. My problem was that there is no washer in the unit, the washer is in their house and I would have to go in their house to do laundry. When the advertisement lists washer, it should be in the place you're staying, not have to go somewhere else to do laundry. And there is a pic of a dining room but that is also in their main house, not in the unit itself. I find that to be misleading. The smell of marijuana is so strong it made...

Fabulous hotel

"Most convenient hotel at the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food (at least Breakfast) was good, fresh, and hot. Have stayed before and will stay again. Note that one of our bags was delayed (International flight) for 5 hours. It was perfect to stay across from baggage services. "

Amazing place with beautiful people.

"The staff is the heart of the hotel. Each one of them were amazing. To name a few, Zama, Miriam, Ivy, xolani, Jimmy, the two Thomas, Justice, Zoe, Kenny, and the rest became like family to me. The staff at Perere, at the Club House and at the Cafeteria made me feel special. The housekeeping personnel was also exceptional. I felt comfortable leaving my personal items out when they were cleaning. They didn't steal anything. The hotel has almost everything to make your enjoyable in every aspect. It has a business center, Barber shop, a grocery store and much more. The only issue I have with the hotel owners and management are the low wages they pay their staff. For such a high standard hotel and highly qualified staff that give exceptional services, the wage is not at par with the quality of services offered."

"Great facility, friendly staff and delicious food. We were able to catch the hop on hop off bus just around the corner and access lots of sights that way. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Nelson Mandela Square, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended this stay. "
