"We had a 3 night stay here, found it clean and comfortable. Good location to walk to Old Havana, the Malecon and everything we needed. Havana is obviously is a bad state at the moment, but it still felt safe in the area. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they explained how Cuba functions and helped us arrange onward travel. We would stay again. "

"This hotel was the first location that we saw in Havan, It is more like a BB location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. As I wrote, the staff was great, the bed was comfortable. The problem was there was no seat on the toilet stool, the wifi connection was bad, you needed to be in the rooms close to the lobby to get a connection. and the area of the hotel is very poor with a bad smell."

"The owner did not answer the phone besides the fact that the Google map was sending me outside of Havana So we have to book someelsesomewhere else Since I was to stay more days , I tried to change the reservation for the next day so he said it was ok.. Once again the owner did not answer the phone. And when so , he told me , that I will have to pay full price. I demand you; Expedia to credit back what I did pay to this rude scammer,, Happy you kept your commission, and please forbid this jerk...
