"Our room was just like the picture. We had lots of room and the bed was comfy. The shower head was rather low; I am 5’4 and it was at forehead level for me. The little balcony would be nice in the summer, but oddly enough we didn’t use it in 24 degree weather. It’s not far from town but it isn’t safe to walk on highway 20 so we drove in. Overall it was a nice stay. It is rustic, to go with the town’s theme, but we had everything we needed. "

"The home was as described. The surrounding area really was not. There are several other homes close to the cabin that don’t lend to the feeling of privacy. The area is quiet, and that was lovely. The hot tub seems like it’s on its last leg, while it was hot enough, the jets barely moved the water, and it’s definitely old. Inside the home is cozy,clean and neat, although quite dark as far lighting and windows go. There are absolutely no usb plugs available so be sure to bring plug in bricks....

"My boyfriend and I stayed 5 nights with our 2 labs. It was perfect. Very private. No other homes within view. The large hot tub on the deck right on the river was the perfect setting to relax. Everything was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Shannon was very easy to communicate with as well. We look forward to returning in the future. "
