"Very hard to access 5 keys and padlock Very basic accom noisy fridge dripping taps , leaky shower head saturating the bathroom floor over the curtain ( rail stain = long-standing issue .Mouldy shower curtain nothing supplied no linen and we were charged extra fees for pets then extra for cleaning and extra service fee !!! To add to the problems we found we were locked in and had a hard time getting out—no single key ingress / egress point, needed minimum 2 gate fiddle Suggest refund service...

"the property is great and in a beautiful location. Everything 5 stars apart from the fencing for a dog friendly property. Could be improved to make it more suitable for small dogs or puppy dogs. Instead of ringlock fencing could do with chickenwire fencing around the house. we loved it and look forward coming back to this property."

"Yabbarra Sands was the perfect place for the family to unwind. Being close to beach meant that everyday was relaxing and the Lauren and Malcolm were excellent hosts. The house was well stocked with all that we needed plus the supplied amentites (books, games and TV) made for the perfect place to relax. I highly recommend and we know we will be back."
