"Overall decent stay in November 2024. The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price. Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. "Great location to explore Singapore. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Marina Bay, Boat Quay and Clarke Quay along the river. Supermarket and MRT stations were close by and having the kitchen was great. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you to the staff. "

"Hotel staff are very friendly. Apartment rooms are really good and having a washing machine in the room was great. Close to the hotel is a 24 hour store which keeps all your essentials. Orchard Road is really close by, as is Somerset MRT which is accessible through Orchard Gateway Mall"

"Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Service suites. Orchard Singapore. It was right in the centre easy shopping, staff very polite and always helpful and respected our needs. We had a late checkout as our flight back to England was at 20:55 and we were never charged for this. Overall we loved it and one day we will be back."
