"We stayed at a 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartment looked nice and clean. Both bathrooms are cleaned with very good water pressure. The beds were abit hard, but was quite comfortable. The location was very good, close by to mrt, shops, shopping centres and easy to get around to other places by bus or mrt. The staffs were friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Very pleased with stay. Everything in the apartment was well thought out, staff are very polite, and lots of public transport options nearby. My kids and husband enjoyed the pool. Communal area has 2 computers for use and one coffee machine for everyone to get nice coffees. Cold Storage supermarket in UE Square Mall next door great for buying cooked chicken, sushi, pasta salad, breakfast cereals, fresh milk and fruits.. 7 Eleven downstairs open 24 hrs great for any last minute or late night...

"Overall decent stay in November 2024. The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price. Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. "This is a very well designed & practical place to stay. The kitchenette room was excellent, because it included a washer/dryer - tho it took 5h vs 1.5h to do a load of laundry 😂 - but still better than going to a laundromat. The room was very comfortable & quiet with great bed, decent A/C, kitchen, furniture & bathroom. What makes this hotel great is its very spacious and nicely air conditioned working lobby area with individual work tables, sofas and shared tables where you can get work...

"The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. The location is fantastic and in the heart of the city. They don't have a restaurant but do offer breakfast. The rooms are plush and comfortable and well equipped for an apartment-hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again. "

"The location was the best for Maxwell Food Market, Dragon Tooth Temple and Chinatown. Also very walkable to MTR stations, our major mode of transportation.
