"Comfortable and functional apartment in back of host home. Bathroom on 2nd floor. A little inconvenient and a challenge for seniors. Should be fully disclosed. Host should be more attentive to some basic needs. Only a half roll of toilet tissue and paper towels upon our arrival. No salt pepper or sugar. Dishwasher was very dirty. We hand washed everything. Closest gas or convenience store 25 minutes to Oneonta or Cooperstown."

This was a great place for our large group to gather, with the spacious kitchen and main seating area. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and the kids loved sharing the bunks! "We were attending Bethel Woods (outlaw tour), and stayed 2 nights. Very cute place. Well provisioned too, which surprised us, happily. Well stocked with books, music, puzzles. Communication and instructions were clear, and Karen was very responsive. Great place!"
