"We really loved our time at this house. Here’s why. Location: you can see the blue lift right out your window. Very convenient for skiing in and out. Enough stuff: this place had lots of extra sheets, towels, blankets, pots/silverware, TP, and other needs for a big group of 16. Responsiveness: we had a minor issue that was addressed as soon as possible. The space was nice and clean, we loved the bunk room, and would definitely stay again. "

"We ended up having a very nice time but when we got to property it was very musty in basement and kitchen cubbards.. there were mouse traps throughout middle floor and 5 year old granddaughter almost picked one up . We did see a dead mouse .. the grill was very small .. so had to purchase a grill, get propane for properly grill, get 2 Candle air wicks and air freshener .. the cleaning people were waiting for us to leave at 955. Check out was at 10. Floors creaky and only one basement entrance .....

"It was pretty much as described! We really enjoyed the retro album and CD player! I would recommend bringing your favorite CDs! It was nice to spend quality time with our adult children! Played lots of cards in the evenings! Very nice vacay!"

"This property was nice for a quick family vacation. The owner was very cordial and informational. House overall had more than enough rooms for our family. Very close to Lakes of the North facilities, no more than a five-to-ten-minute drive. Located close to Gaylord, Alba and Mancelona. Hour drive to Traverse City. Property needs to be cleaned a little bit more as there was grease stains in kitchen and back of furniture was sticky to touch. Previous renters items left in night stand. An...

"Working the code on the front door was challenging. And although we did not heat above 68 it seemed like the heat was constantly pumping on--insulation?The beds were all comfortable and it was a good visit.Beth"

"When we arrived one bathroom had no toilet paper so we only had 2 rolls. The kitchen needs all new cooking pans. With family of 7 it was hard cook with 1 very old and small skillet and only 1 large pot. So kitchen needs completely updated with cookware."

"Great location. Short walk to lifts which was perfect for kids. Ski locker was great to have a place for our gear out of the way. Condo was updated and very clean. Would highly recommend. "

"It was a great place for 6 teens to hang out together making memories. They used the entry level with lots of beds, full bathroom, mini fridge, sink, TV, and washer/dryer. With three more bedrooms and 2 more full bathrooms on the main and 3rd floor the adults had room to relax. Bonus set of washer dryer on main floor and wonderful views of the property from the great room. Had a great time, thanks. "

"The property was wonderful! However countertop space was very limited in space. Luckily we brought a folding table and set it up in front of the sliding doors by the kitchen and that worked great! At first we were afraid of the stairs with the younger ones, BUT became accustomed very shortly after being there. All in all, a great place to stay! Even one of the little ones wanted to know if we were coming back next year!"

"Beautiful home, beds/furniture were very cozy, kitchen was decently stocked with basic cooking needs. Also really enjoyed the layout of the home. The walk to the beach was across a busy road, so water access isn’t necessarily right off the property but still easy to get to. I’d say overall a great place to rent - great location!"
