I had not heard from the host regarding check-in instructions by Dec 23. Host replied the next day with lockbox information. "This is in a beautiful old home that is well maintained. The manager on duty was friendly and efficient. The house was very quiet and the very comfortable. Our biggest issues were parking...no off street lot and breakfast was served later which may be typical of a b&b. This was our first experience in one."
