This was the perfect retreat after a long and fun filled game day at Clemson with our sons! The property is peaceful and off the beaten path. Fully stocked with every amenity that you could possibly need. Impeccably clean and bed was so comfortable!

Cabin was a nice get away with all the amenities needed for a couple's retreat. Out in the country but near town, the cabin had a secluded quality. Would certainly stay here again.

Enjoyed our weekend getaway
The 'little house' property was clean, comfortable, spacious and well decorated. We came down to visit our son at Clemson U. and attend the football game, and just needed somewhere convenient to stay for two nights. This property met our needs and at a reasonable price compared to the area hotels. We would stay there again.

Perfect birthday weekend!
The house was great. It was very clean, beautifully decorated with a lot of cool memorabilia. The house had really nice appliances. There was a comfortable king size bed and very clean shower (two important things I look for)! The hot tub was really nice with all the features. We would stay here again.

Blissfully Comfortable
We stayed here for a few nights in mid-August. It was such a comfortable and welcoming retreat that we even extended our stay by one night! The owner was friendly and responded quickly to questions. The studio was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. We even enjoyed some movie nights instead of going out - definitely a nice place to stay!

Clemson graduation fun
My husband, adult son, and I stayed here while celebrating my daughter’s graduation. There is nothing negative to say. It is a beautiful property and well located to everything. It was very clean and comfortable for the three of us but more people would be difficult. However, there is a pack and play in the closet and ample room to set it up for young families. I would not hesitate to return for another stay and would recommend to anyone.

Clemson stay at the Little House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting Clemson to attend a football game and visit our Grandson. The “little” house was perfect with every amenity one could imagine. It was well appointed with Clemson colors, and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable., Easy 5 mile ride to Campus made this a perfect place to stay. Thank you for sharing.

We are so glad that we stumbled upon this hidden gem! The "little house" was impeccably clean and had so many additional amenities (full kitchen and eating area, washer and dryer, gorgeous outside sitting area) than the typical hotel room. The house was tastefully decorated for Clemson fans (perfect for parents' weekend), yet not overdone (coming from a half Bama/half Clemson family). Janie was quick to answer any questions that we had and the house was equipped with everything to make our stay extremely enjoyable!

Beautiful Cottage
We enjoyed this beautiful little house so much. Its about a 40 minute drive to pretty place chapel and the beautiful views of the mountains! We had breakfast in PumpkinTown at Pumpkintown cafe and lunch at Victoria Valley Vineyards. Both places were wonderful and the views at the vineyard were amazing. We had dinner at a Fine dinning restaurant in Clemson Rick Erwins. It was fabulous! This is the perfect getaway for exploring all the little towns in the area. So relaxing and we loved it! The cottage is so relaxing and homey.

Great Location, Well Stocked, Would Stay Again
We were in town for a Clemson game. Location was perfect, easy to access the campus while out of the hustle. We enjoyed the Central restaurants and did some hiking at nearby Lake Keowee in addition to the game and seeing campus. House is an additional dwelling on owner’s property but a completely separate building and away from the main house so it felt like it’s own property. The bed was comfortable and everything was very well stocked. We didn’t need anything! Owners were great for communication. We would for sure stay again if we come back!

Perfect Get-Away!!
Perfect getaway for Tiger fans or any couple wanting a little alone time! We love revisiting Clemson where our love story began 20 years ago and have stayed in several area vrbos but this was definitely our favorite! This guest house is so cozy, clean and convenient! The comfy bed, fresh smelling towels, fully stocked kitchen, and hot tub were A++!! They’ve thought of everything one might need/want for a little getaway or game day weekend trip! Definitely very convenient to downtown Clemson! We loved the Rails Cafe just down the street…yum!!! I would 💯 recommend, and will certainly be booking it again for future Clemson trips!! Such a beautiful setting!!

Beautiful Country Cottage for Clemson Games
This rental is a jewel, located ~15 minutes from downtown Clemson and is nestled in farmland and forests. The cottage is everything you need; it's comfortable and you can relax before or after a game in Clemson, or to just get away from the hustle of the city and enjoy the peacefulness of the country side. Janie was a fantastic host, was very responsive and she made sure we were comfortable and was available if we needed anything. For Clemson games, it's an east ~15 minute drive to campus and you avoid most of the traffic until you get to campus. My wife and I will definitely be staying here next time we are in town for a game! Jonathan
