"The staff here was rude, everything is extra it says that the waterpark is included. Nope that’s extra. Would you like a bloody Mary with your vodka? Nope, that’s extra not to mention the staff at the bar were rude when ordering drinks. The description says it has multiple restaurants. It only has one. It’s a buffet. "It was an excellent stay! Rooms were not space but they were very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind..Food was excellent too. There were many options and everything was well cooked.. the swimming pool was very clean however I expected it to be more spacious.. overall we were very satisfied and we would like to visit your property again"
