"Kids in owners part of house were very noisy and sometimes right next door to us. It was called an eco lodge but we could see anything eco about the facilities. Only thing it was in a quiet part of Pacific Harbour with a grass area behind and not many buildings near. The large dog was always in yard. She was friendly bit a bit noisy as she barked at passers by. She was left outside in heavy rain which lasted all day, which worried us. I dinot receive any responce to 2 messages to owner. "The pictures are true. Except now there is Huge TV missing in the pictures. A BIG white beautiful House on the Hill, and with a swimming pool. Has everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Yes Aircon in every room. Has all kitchen utensils pots pans cutlery. No bowls for baking. Has a fridge freezer with Ice box. Check in was 11am we arrived closer to 2pm. "Cannot say enough good about this house, the greatest location right along the ocean, plenty of room for us on our stay, easy access to beautiful snorkeling and the most beautiful landscaping you'll see! Pool was immaculate, entire house was wicked clean and if you choose to have food cooked for you, you definitely won't be disappointed because the food is unreal! So glad we stayed here, so glad we had our food cooked, and enjoyed a couple very relaxed days in this area."

"I booked thru Expedia for one night stay here and they never received my reservation…it was a headache trying to reach anyone on the chat option or the phone line trying to figure out what happened…and I didn’t have a hotel to stay last minute which was scary and left me in a vulnerable position…I’m never going to trust Expedia again…the hotel staff was nice though and I’ll go there and book directly with them next time "
