"The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff are just amazing. So sweet, friendly, and helpful. They lay out quite a spread for breakfast amd have excellent meal choices for dinner as well. Great food and service."

"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

"Nive little gem just steps away from Laiser Josef strasse. Clean rooms and although the shower is small it has a great showeerhead for a refreshing morning. Superb breakfast buffet was in ledes in the price. "

"Good communication from the hotel. We arrived late and check in was very easy to get our key from the locker. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was lovely and warm and clean. The room was serviced daily and the maids made cute shapes with our pajamas which the kids loved. Breakfast was great and kept well stocked during busy periods. Thank you for a lovely family stay. "
