"The house was just as listed and in a great area. Check in was super easy and any questions were answered very quickly. This house was close to the University and right next to a great park. We would definitely stay there again. "

"The description of the property was accurate as far as it went. Plenty of space and room. Quiet neighborhood and adequate parking on the property and street. Reasonable cost. The only knock is a lack of provision for mobility impaired guests in the downstairs bathrooms--high sided tubs/showers with no grab bars. The upstairs bath was well provisioned with a walk-in shower, but that was not accessible to guests who could not manage stairs. Overall very good to excellent."

"Me and my kids - 2 adult and one teen - stayed here for the weekend for a family wedding. The space was perfect in all respects. So comfortable, plenty of space, great amenities, convenient location, garage parking for both cars…I could go on and on. The coffee bar was well stocked and snacks on the island - both a very nice touch. Highly recommend and will stay here every time we’re in Austin!"

"The townhouse was in a great location for accessing downtown, the university area, and south Austin (via rideshares or longer walks). The place was quiet (located in the alley behind the main house), and very clean. Cool spot!"

"House was clean and looked just like the pics! Neighborhood felt safe and quiet and was close to many places. Only downside is one of the beds is a futon so not the most comfortable, but otherwise, no complaints. Would definitely recommend!"

"We had a fantastic time. Amenities were great and location was great. Bedrooms didn’t have privacy at all, but we were a group of friends so that was ok for us. "

"The rented Vrbo property was great inside except for some minor issues such as the fan in one of the bedrooms was noisy, one of the bathroom doors didn’t lock, and the plumbing was noisy when used for showers. Else, location of property was okay although some may not find it appealing to their subjective taste. The property management staff was not that easy to reach immediately although they did respond later. Overall a pleasant stay "
