"Nice house, plenty of space & well stocked, could’ve used a better cleaning. There were dust balls everywhere and one of the showers didn’t look like it was cleaned. The water pressure was bad in all the bathrooms except the master. Location was fine, but we had to uber to everything we wanted to do. House had multiple areas with couches, could’ve used some sort of entertainment like pool table or ping pong. The view from balcony did not look like the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay "

"We loved the location, easy walking distance to Rainey St., Downtown, South Congress, and more. Ubers were quick for pickup as well. We had so much space for our group with the two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The room was clean, with comfortable beds. Our only suggestion is for some hooks for towels near the shower and elsewhere for hanging towels to dry.,Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Austin!"

"Attended annual Junior League Christmas Affair. Dined at Roaring Fork! Danced at the locals Don’s Depot. Top evening off in the Penthouse Suite with wine and Incredible night skyline views! Well maintained very clean. Great location. Heated Pool on the top floor has excellent views. Will be returning to this VRBO! Thanks Dallas!"

"This is probably the best property I've stayed at in Austin, and I've stayed in about a dozen Central Texas properties. Incredibly eccentric in a good way! The owner is an incredible artist and you are reminded of his talent in every room, with finished pieces or paintings that are works in progress. And the the backyard has had some serious love poured into it, with a heavily Japanese design influence pervasive through the structures, Zen gardens, standalone tea room, and multiple areas lounge...

"Enjoyed our stay. Great location walking distance to local market, Medici coffee shop, Taco Flats, Justine’s and Galaxy Cafe. Charming if you like an antique vibe and are okay with what that means (we didn’t super dig some of the house’s peculiarities but others might not care). Be aware there’s no dishwasher which can be challenging for families who intend to cook or dine in.
