"The carriage house was perfect for us. The teen girls took over the living area and I had a room to myself. The space was clean and comfortable and the directions for parking and entering were easy. The hosts were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in Ft. Smith."

"The apartment listing is accurate. New, clean space above a garage in new home. I was only upset that I was NOT provided a key to the entrance and felt uneasy leaving all my belongings in an unlocked space each time I left. I requested a key the first day and never provided one over the 6 days I stayed. The garage door is noisy but only went up/down a few times per day. Street parking only but it was a well lit street. "
