"Justin was the perfect host. Very communicative and answered every question we had. We absolutely loved the history of this home and surrounding properties. The Carriage House was clean, well stocked and perfect for two. I struggled to think of anything that could be improved on and came up with nothing. The only issue we had was user error. We're not tech savvy so the thermostat was interesting. We will be back! If you love history we recommend this home and this town. "

"We stayed in Little Rock for a short 2 nights to visit our son at UALR. The location was close to where we needed to be and very spacious for a garage apartment. The bed was comfortable and living area was perfect for just hanging out. We didn’t spend much time there, but would rent again for a quick trip where cooking wasn’t necessary. "

"The place was so nice. Decorated so nicely with really with up to date appliances and furniture. Dont let outside entrance fool you. We loved the coffee bar and drinking coffee on the patio with wife. Covered patio was so peaceful with outdoor fireplace. Our mornings were spent there. Cottage is very very nice. Short drive to downtown Hot Springs. Overall great trip!"
