Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen). Am Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (wir haben Gina und Orietta probiert, beide gut), Cafés etc. Sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte...

"I had a wonderful stay at the Marcelli di Numana apartment. The apartment was comfortable and location very convenient. The host was responsive and very helpful. There were multiple restaurants nearby to enjoy wonderful dinners including delightful local seafood. I look forward to staying at the apartment again soon."

"The property was pretty much as described. Not as colorful as the pictures showed, but was complete with furnishings. The views are as advertised, Beautiful, looking over the valley and water was fantastic. Because for our trip the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the patio area morning and night without any discomfort, no jackets or warm cloths needed. Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. Tolles Ferienhauses, tolle Gastgeber, klasse Umgebung,... Alles prima!!! .. Gerne wieder :)"

"Wunderschön restauriertes Bauernhaus, welches seinen Charme trotz oder aufgrund des modernen Innenlebens erhalten konnte. Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter."

"Siamo stati molto bene nel casale, con 3 bambini e 2 cani. RIngraziamo i proprietari per l'accoglienza fatta ai nostri cani che non é sempre scontata. Il casolare é conforme alla descrizione, per chi cerca una vacanza nella natura e nella quiete. I proprietari ci hanno consigliato un ottimo agriturismo nelle vicinanze per cene a base di prodotti locali."

"It was humid and wet. And you could smell it. Not good heating. I expected a different comfort from a place rated that high. No breakfast. Very disappointing. Era umido. E aveva un cattivo odore per questo. Pessimo riscaldamento. Mi aspettavo una location diversa vista l Alta valutazione. Non c era la colazione. Generalmente una non buona esperienza."

"We enjoyed our stay at 101 Esino. It was conveniently located <5 min walk to the train station and beach access. We were traveling without a car, so it was a trek into Ancona via foot (we could have taken the bus or train). Would be a fabulous location with a car to explore more of the Marche region. The only things the apartment were lacking were garbage or compost bags and dish soap. Otherwise, we were very comfortable during our stay."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr schön uns groß. Es war alles sehr sauber und Gabriela hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Es gab sogar 2 Gastgeschenke. Der Pool was leider nicht zum schwimmen, da er zu klein und zu flach war. Wir konnten uns aber gut abkühlen. Es gibt 4 Balkons, auf dennen aber leider keine Stühle sind. Sonst war es sehr schön."

"Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova...
