"Was greeted nicely, checkin a breeze, elevators worked. Room heat worked. Bathroom was nice but the shower was due for an upgrade, it seemed older than the room but it worked fine. Bed was soft, the way i like ir. Pillows were nice."

"This experience was a lot better than the time we stayed here in October. The two issues I had were 1. Our room key did not work one time and we had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. 2. They had a little hot cocoa set up for the holiday, this was nice ; however, I was not sure if it was complementary or we had to pay for it. For coffee downstairs you have to pay for. It would have been nice if they put up a sign so people would know. "

"Feels like a small town area for being located in a great central area to so many busy areas we needed to go to for the holiday. Our room was very clean (thank you, Veronica!). Pool & gym are nice. Restaurant had good options, we enjoyed the blackened chicken “BLAT”. It’s a large property that feels safe. I truly relaxed here and needed it. We also went to the Christmas breakfast they held which was really cute with good options."

"This was a very convenient location for my wife and I to stay while visiting with family in different places on Long Island. Its proximity to both the Sunrise and the Long Island expressway put all of our destinations just a short drive away. Everything was very clean and well maintained. And although the hotel was full during our most recent visit, it was very quiet, the bed was quite comfortable and we were able to get a great night’s sleep."
