"We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was limited noise from the neighbors and although it is close to train tracks, the trains didn't keep us up at night. The complex area is very nice with a pool, game room, and outdoor fire pits. We would stay here again. "

"This apartment was a perfect place for our family to stay while visiting our son at the Coast Guard Academy. It is in a great location and was filled with touches and amenities that showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness by the owners. (There were even two desks for homework;) This is now my ‘go to’ rental for New London! "

"We had a delightful long weekend stay at this Cozy Cottage. The property was exactly as advertised. It has all the creature comforts of home. The bed was super comfortable and the linens and towels were a very good quality. The location was perfect, an easy walk to downtown restaurants and a very short drive to the beach. Kelly and Lee were great hosts, they were very responsive to all our communication. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment - it is cozily decorated, spotlessly clean, the kitchen is extremely well stocked (Keurig machine with K cups - for all the coffee fiends like us 😁 - plus anything else we needed), the hosts thoughtfully left lists of recommendations and sightseeing and food along with all the local papers, and the location is unbeatable - a short walk to Greenport town, the marina, and the beach. We were four adults and two kids and we slept comfortably...

"The rental is very nice and as listed. The tenants downstairs do make a good bit of noise and there was a loud party next door on our first night. The property itself is very nice however we will not be back due to those 2 issues."

"I was in town with my son for the Young Playwrites Festival at the Eugene O’Neill Theater and this was the perfect location! While he was in workshops I was able to explore the area. The home is convenient to Mystic, Niantic, New London and several state parks! The home was clean and comfortable. The shower was a little awkward for my 5’8 teenager but he made it work!"

"We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the Count House. Its location was perfect ... easy beach access, close to the highway, etc. Everything we needed was supplied for us to enjoy the beach, cook our meals, or play games. There was only one full-size kayak with paddle and the paddle board paddle was broken (but we used it by kneeling on the board!). We would definitely return."
