"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and friendly. The only issue I had was the food. It was very expensive and just very disappointing. They could do so much better. I will definitely be back, but I will travel off site and eat elsewhere. "

"Great location near shopping in North Conway. This was a quick escape from the grind of work, and the location near shopping and dining was excellent. Front desk and staff are very friendly, including toward "third party" booking guests. While we did not spend enough time to take advantage of spa resources, they are available onsite. The place is in need of some repairs and maintenance, but is actually in pretty good shape for the the property age. HVAC was a bit difficult to make...

"Stayed here a few times over the last few winters to do the ice castles. Location is easy to get to. Although the property is older we find the rooms are clean and updated. The pool and hot tub is a hit with kids and adults. "

"This was our first visit since the renovations, and we were pleased with them outside of 2 things. First is the rooms are too “chic” and the sofa chairs in the rooms are not very comfortable, however, the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows! The bathroom and shower were excellent. The 2nd thing was the outdoor hot tub “shrunk”. The original could easily hold 10-12 people no problem. The “new” one holds maybe 4 comfortably, not sure why they would make it smaller. "We arrived late and left early the next day. Just needed a place to crash for the night. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and the free breakfast was wonderful. Hot and cold cereal, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and more. We would stay here again. "

"Great stay for family, spacious, plenty room for sleep and just hang out. The only issue was that one of the rooms heater barely worked, but it was just 2 of us this time, so wasn't a big issue. Definitely will come. "

"Massive 7,000 sq ft. super cool house close to Gunstock that felt like we rented an entire commercial lodge. Bedrooms and baths for everyone, large indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna, bar area, game room, and huge fireplaced dining room with seating for 20! Kids were ecstatic and we had the best time.
