Additional rules

When selecting number of guests in the drop down menu, the box to select for pets can be found just below. rather than showing one individual fee for pets, the $25 is spread out over the cost of the number of individual nights of the reservation. All pet owners must pick up after their pets (doggy bags are provided free of charge) and disposed of in the allocated trash receptacle. Any pet owners seen not picking up after their pet, or keeping them under proper control will be asked to leave the property early. Thank you kindly for your assistance in this matter.

Amazing Retreat!
Such an amazing retreat for our family. We didn't even know that we were basically the closest house to the Emerald Pool, which is an edenic swimming hole about a mile up an easy trail through the woods. Our hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. When we come back to New Hampshire, this is where we're staying!

Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts
My husband and I spent a week at this wonderful cabin. Though the cabin is located next to a road there was little to no traffic during the day and nonexistent during the night. The cabin is spotless, up-to-date with one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve had the pleasure of cooking in on vacation in a long time. The bathroom is also spotless, up-to-date with endless amounts of hot water, which is really great after a long day outdoors. The cabin had everything you need for a exploring the area: trail maps, trail guides, binoculars, etc. Pretty much anything we needed was there. The master bedroom was beautifully decorated with a very comfortable king size bed. There was plenty of drawer and closet space, extra blankets for cold nights and a fan for warm days. (There is an air conditioner in the main part of the cabin; the fan helps to circulate the air into the bedroom.) The living room has a wood stove that will keep you cozy on a rainy day or long winter night. A nice little feature that we enjoyed was the mudroom. It is set up so that you can put all your equipment (Ski’s/hiking boots) and well as your outdoor clothing. There is a coat rack, a drying rack and a little heater to dry all those wet clothes during the colder months. Brilliant! Outside the cabin there is a picnic area as well as a fire pit area which has the most beautiful backdrop of the mountains. A perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day outdoors!
