"There is a dance club or night club directly under my room. The hotel literature said quiet time was from 10pm to 8am. I pointed this out to the woman at the desk and she said it was saturday and that it was midnight. It was about 12:45 when the music stopped being pumped into my room. "One has to judge things through the lense of Macedonia where in general hotels can be a bit eccentric. but this one is more eccentric than most. Positives are superb location right next to the old town, and huge rooms with great views and the awesome roof bar/terrace. Downsides are fading 80s style and no way this can be described as a 5 star service. Having said that most of the staff were friendly (mention to the good staff at the bar). Nice breakfast. Probably the worst thing was over soft...
