The Manoir Le Conte is a French country house dating back to the 17th century. With attention to detail, this dwelling house of a tobacconist was built from the typical yellow sandstone, which shapes the picture and the architecture of the Périgord Noir like no other element. The house has a floor space of approx. 250 m². It is fully equipped for 9 guests.
There is a generous open kitchen on the ground floor, which merges into a nice dining area and a large living room with open fireplace. The house has four bedrooms, a children's bedroom and four bathrooms. In front and behind the house are each a terrace with rich furniture. The terrace in front of the house has a nice dining table. He invites you to a nice meal in great weather.
The pool (4,5 x 8,5m) is located at the side below the house and is surrounded by a terrace of approx. 180 m². The pool has an outdoor shower and a corresponding furniture.
The Manoir has been recently refurbished and equipped with modern comforts and a tasteful interior reflecting the style of the area. The country house is surrounded by a 14,000 m² Black Forest property and is surrounded by about 2,500 m² of natural garden.

Nearby are several medieval villages where you can enjoy architecture, culture and local culinary specialties (eg. Sarlat-la-Caneda, Beynac-et-Cazenac, Domme, Belvès and Limeuil). There are also many opportunities for sports activities. Hiking in beautiful nature, a mountain bike tour through the pristine forests, an 18-hole golf course (30 minutes), a canoe trip (different distances possible) or a boat trip with a Gabare on the Dordogne river.
The nearest airports are Brive-la-Gaillarde (60 minutes) and Bergerac (75 minutes) by car. The nearest train station is in Sarlat-la-Canéda (with connection to Bordeaux), just 20 minutes from the house. Souillac train station (with direct access to Paris and Toulouse) is only 40 minutes away.
