"We loved our time at the Soul House. We were a family of 5 and we stayed there over the Christmas 2024 break. I would definitely recommend the resort. It had everything we could have asked for. "We left early because the pool was too warm. On the first day there, you could even say that the pool was hot because I thought it was heated at first. The listing says there are two pools so I thought maybe the non heated pool was elsewhere. It’s actually the one long pool and a jacuzzi seating as the second pool. "It would have been better if I’d have rented a car to get around. Anyplace nearby to get food? No. Anywhere to find washing soap? No. Had to call for a shuttle anytime we wanted to go to the main resort. The real ugly, they kept asking for The hotel reservation number. Hotels.com would not give it. The hotel refused to find it. "I don’t know why anyone would give this place 5 stars. Staff don’t respect boundaries, personal space, or privacy. Each unit gets a set amount of electricity. If you use up your allotment, then you are SOL like I was on a Sunday night at ~9:40pm. Then instead of electricity, you get a chirping noise every 0.8 seconds that never freaking stops! I left early. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years of living in Asia. "

"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. "Love this place!!! Staying in villa across the road but I ran out of electricity. My fault. Not the time to explain. But did need to book a Villa so I could charge my phone. Had a shower there too. Lovely space. Will tell my friends. Either way, lovely reception, loved the place. Didn’t see the pool because I’m in my villa pool now - with power and lights. Amazing. Thank you 5 ⭐️"

"We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. "Courtyard by Marriott in Nusa Dua was a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area. The beach club was beautiful and the shopping area was really close and had a good variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and everyone was always hustling around taking care of the guests. The complementary breakfast at Momo’s was delicious every morning with a great variety of different foods and beverages. The spa was awesome. Overall a really great place to stay, and also very kid friendly if you have little ones. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay here."
