Great hotel. Lovely short walk to the centre of Celle through the park. Room had nice decoration, which was modern and relaxing. Breakfast had a great spread. We stayed with our 3 month old and was so easy, with friendly staff and the room was quiet.

The hotel and its rooms have been designed to perfection. The room itself is practical and cozy at the same time. The bed, thick towels, spacious walk-in shower, minibar, and large flat-screen tv are all delightful. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff attending the buffet simply wonderful. The old town of Celle is just a short stroll away through the French Gardens. I have spent half my life in hotels due to my business and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel in Celle.

This hotel well surpassed my expectations. The breakfast was wonderful, both a wide variety and well prepared. The staff was kind and diligent. We checked in very late at night with no problems. Rooms are neat, but very small. However, I applaud the cleanliness of the room. I do wish there were extra linens for the day bed, but it wasn’t a big issue. If you need a place to sleep and start out refreshed for the day, this hotel is it.

Advertising car charging is a joke
Advertising car charging, but only 2 parking places had charger, and they were busy by non charging cars, and still having free parking places Hotel just said "sorry". Long time waiting for people at the desk, and breakfast was very mediocre. Avoid sofa bed, it is horribly hard and uncomfortable.

New hotel with inexperienced staff?
The staff at this new hotel were pleasant but seemed to still be learning the basics. We got a room number who was then also given to a party that arrived after us. This created an awkward situation when we had already begun to unpack and relax (strangers entering our room unexpectedly) and an annoying aftermath. Our keycards were cancelled in the mixup and when we returned from dinner couldn’t enter our room. We then found that housekeeping staff had prepared an extra bed which we had not requested. Everything was fixed promptly but these are things you don’t want to deal with after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was decent but crowded (too little space for the amount of guests). On the positive side: free parking and walking distance to the city center.

Schönes sauberes neuwertiges Hotel...was mir persönlich nicht so gefallen hat, ist die Frühstück Situation...Der Buffet Bereich ist relativ klein, was bei der Menge an Gästen ein ziemliches gerappel am Buffet gibt...Auch wenn die Tische belegt sind, die mitten im Durchgang zum Buffet stehen, kommt man mit seinem vollen Teller schlecht durch...ist meiner Meinung nach nicht gut gelöst...Das Frühstück selbst ist ausbaufähig...

Zimmer sehr einfach und wenig gemütlich. Hotel fast leer, etwas früherer Zimmerbezug nur gegen Mitgliedschaft im Hampton-Hilton-Club kostenfrei möglich. Frühstück sehr spartanisch - inkl. Tablettes zum selbst abräumen der Tische, keinerlei Service. Für eine Nacht ok, hätte jedoch ein wenig mehr Preis-Leistung erwartet.

Neues Hotel in guter Lage. Leider sehr hellhörig. Man sollte ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk nehmen, sodass man niemanden über sich hat, der einem die ganz Nacht auf dem Kopf herumtrampelt. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, aber ok.
