My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel. "
