Entrance with wardrobe. Large bright living room with Swedish stove, exit to the terrace with beautiful open view of the mountains, the Inn and the church of San Gian. TV and internet. Open kitchen with oven, combisteam, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine Chicco d'Oro. Dining area with view. One double room with 2 single beds and private bathroom with bathtub/WC/sink. One room with queen-size bed (140/200) and private bathroom with shower/WC/sink. One garage space (E-charging station available at extra charge). Laundry and ski room for shared use. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Please do not leave any shoes in the stairwell. Ski boots and skis should also be deposited in the ski room.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Beautiful apartment in an idyllic location directly on the river Inn with lovely views. Post office and railway station are approx. 200m away. The mountain railway Saluver/Marguns is about 500m away and can be reached with the free sports bus. The cross-country ski runs are in front of the house.
