APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

2-roomed apartment on the second floor, 51m2. Entrance with a hall stand. Living room with dining nook and sofa bed. South-west facing balcony. Double room. Bath/toilet/double sink. Open kitchen with oven, Chicco d'Oro coffee machine and dishwasher. Radio, TV and phone. Rustic and cosy furniture. Pets are allowed.

The apartment will be renovated and completely refurnished in autumn 2022.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Anda is an Engadine house built in 1989, located on the quiet and sunny site with view of the mountains. In the surrounding area there are restaurants, the post office and the train station. The Celerina-Marguns cableway is 700m away and reachable with the local bus (free). Cross-country skiing runs are near the house.

Super, dass wir gleich nach Abgabe der Schlüssel durch die Reinigungskraft beim Bahnhof Celerina telephonisch informiert wurden - so konnten wir wenige Minuten später die Ferienwohnung beziehen. Danke für das Begrüssungspaket mit Süssigkeiten und Kaffee-Kapseln: so eine schöne Überraschung! Da wir per ÖV reisten, freuten wir uns sehr über die unkomplizierten Schlüsselübergaben. Ruhige Lage, gute Distanz zum Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, tolle Aussicht, hohe Räume (Dachschräge), gemütliche Ambiance, in der wir uns sogleich "zu Hause" gefühlt haben. Geräumiger Schlafzimmerschrank, geräumige Badezimmer-Schränke. Wir haben das Fondue-Set mit Begeisterung benutzt und einen Raclette-Ofen vermisst. Ansonsten haben wir alles Benötigte vorgefunden. Nachttisch-Lampen sind per Berührung einzuschalten; das könnte man ev. speziell erwähnen; wir "tappten da etwas im Dunkeln"... (-;

Wir haben eine Mikrowelle vermisst. Die Glasduschwand ist undicht, es geht viel Wasser daneben, auch wenn man sich sehr bemüht. Der Duschkopf läßt extrem wenig Wasser durch, verständlich, aber unangenehm, mit längeren Haaren hätten man ein Problem, das Shampoo herauszuspülen. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut und super ausgestattet.

sehr sympathische und rasche Abwicklung Wir wären aus Termin- und Verkehrsgründen gerne am Sonntag angereist bzw. abgereist. sehr gut, sogar etwas viele Mails - aber lieber mehr als weniger! gut und funktionell eingerichtete Wohnung an attraktiver Lage. Allerdings würden wir sie nicht als "Komfort-Wohnung", sondern eher als vollständig, sauber und zweckmässig bezeichnen.
