Inseguro, cuidado con tu habitación
El hotel, sus instalaciones y el desayuno estuvieron muy bien, sin embargo, el personal de checkin confundió sus trámites y me otorgó una habitación que no canceló en su sistema. Por lo que un rato después llegaron otras personas a ocuparla, cuando yo ya estaba instalada. El personal, que ahora era del turno de la tarde me trató como si yo me hubiera metido en una habitación que no era mía, me exigieron que explicara la situación, cosa que yo no sabía. Al final vieron que fue error del chico de la mañana y ni una disculpa me dieron. Eso me dio mucho temor, por que de no haber estado yo ahí, otras personas pudieron ingresar con llave a mi cuarto y entonces no tenía nada de seguridad o incluso cosas peores si me hubiera quedado sola. Es necesario mejorar sus procesos de check in y evitar estos errores que al final pueden tener consecuencias catastríficas.

Hotel is well locate from restaurants and shops. One of our rooms got this smell but the lady of the front desk gave me 2 more different choices. The assistant manager was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was improved since the last time we were there 👍👍👍👍

Los cuartos eran muy limpio pero mal mantener. Debo cambiar 2 veces el lugar por fallas de los climas. El servicio de cuarto esta disponible, pero no tenían las comidas que quería. Pago con tarjeta es posible, solo con migo no funciona el terminal. El desayuno me gusta pero la variedad esta muy limitado (huevos rancheros, pan con miel o mermelada y chilaquiles)

HOTEL PRACTICO
Lo mejor fue el estacionamiento en el sótano, como es una zona calurosa el carro se mantuvo fresco. Incluye desayuno el cual es muy rico. Solo nos fallo la cama el colchón se sintió incomodo gire varias veces durante la noche aunque la vista del hotel es espectacular.

Todo el hotel muy bien, la cama y almohadas muy bien. Lo que no me gusto es que la puerta de la regadera no se podía mover fácilmente porque tronaba mucho y parecía que se iba a caer. Todo lo demás muy bien

Good for an inexpensive stay.
Comfortable beds, great breakfast, underground parking with a watchman was all excellent. The pool door would almost never open, the elevators took forever, and the pool area is quite run down (no steps, and one of the two ladders was falling apart).

Aceptable excepto el estacionamiento
El hotel es aceptable, el estacionamiento es demasiado lúgubre y sin seguridad, da sensación peligro ya que es subterráneo y está lleno de grafitis. Les recomiendo regular acceso y quitar esos grafitis para no dar sensación de inseguridad
