Verdemare in relaxation

Among the citrus groves and a few steps from the sea, we offer two apartments in a newly built semi-detached house in typical Mediterranean style. Here you can spend your holidays between the sea and the countryside in total tranquility, taking advantage, if you prefer, of the common areas from which you can watch spectacular sunsets.
The house also has an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, washing machine and wi-fi.
The beach is very quiet and made of sand; a few meters away there is also a cliff that forms a golf course where the sea is very calm and ideal for children.
Restaurants and supermarkets are about 1.5 km away; the center of Cefalù about 5 Km.

Peaceful Cefalù stay
We have truly enjoyed our stay in this relaxing, clean and well equipped Mediterranean house surrounded by citrus and oranges, and a fairy tale like pathway to the quiet beach. Overall spectacular experience throughout! We will be back there again!

Wonderful property
We loved this property and enjoyed the short walk to the beach and how private it was. The house was perfect. Only a couple things need to be improved. The bed was not very comfortable and they also only provided 1 towel for each person. Overall we loved the time we spent there with just a few improvements needed for future guests.

Picturesque, tranquil, modern and beach side villa
Giuseppe the owner is not only helpful and attentive, but a 'dude'. We came across him once driven a cool motorbike. The property is situated in a secluded, private and gated spacious area surround by a small lemon grove. It is attached to a second similar property and there is another detached holiday villa nearby, so you are not likely to be completely alone. The interior of the villa is very modern, new and clean. The villa we stayed in had the luxury of a view of the London grove and sea through patio doors from the large double bed. The bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The sofa bed could accommodate younger children. The outside space is large and plenty big enough for two and allows you to move around to gain the sun throughout the day. The walk to the beach is short and picturesque. The beach itself is littered but you can walk further to the left for a tidier area, as well as a beach bar and payable sun loungers. If you walk right there is a rocky area for great rock pooling. There is a large supermarket about a 5 minute drive away that stocks all essentials. Cefalu is a 15 minute drive away. A beautiful town, with plenty of restaurants, shops and a large sandy beach. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful and relaxed week in this beautiful house and place. The sea with nice sandy beach was directly accessible! The terrasse was airy and very agreable and had even an outdoor kitchen with grill and an outdoor shower. The house was quite new, very clean and nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful and brought us even citrons from his plantage and gave good touristic advice. Only problem: mosquitos at night, but mosquito screening at bedroom window is planned.

Schöner, ruhig gelegener Bungalow am Meer
Der Bugalow liegt herrlich in einem sehr schön angelegtem Garten mit Zitronenbäumen. Das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet. Am schönsten ist die umlaufende Terrasse mit Außen Grill. Ein kleiner Weg führt direkt an den Strand. Der Strand ist aus Sand und Steinen und nicht ganz so schön in diesem Teil. Und man ist sehr schnell in Cefalù. Wir kommen wieder :-)

traumhafte Lage
Das kleine Häuschen liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage, in zwei Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß ein langen Sandstrand. Sehr erholsam! Die Wohnung ist klein, aber alles man braucht ist da. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Einkäufe oder Restaurants braucht man allerdings ein Auto. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Perfekter Urlaub direkt am Meer
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus liegt direkt an einem schönen, fast menschenleeren Strand, der durch eine Allee zu erreichen ist. Auch das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt.

Une de nos locations préférées ! Le fait de rentrer le soir dans ce havre de paix caché en pleine nature , à 80 métres d'une plage libre pour se baigner et admirer le couchée de soleil de 19h55 est un luxe . Aprés une journée de visite sous le soleil écrasant de la Sicile , la plage , le barbecue , le calme et le Wifi vous attendent . Un endroit dans lequel l'on se sent privilégié . L’accueil est chaleureux et l'on vous laisse tranquille tout en gardant un œil bienveillant sur vous .

Sehr schönes Haus, mit direktem Zugang zum Strand
Das Haus ist sehr neu und liegt mitten im Grünen. Wir waren überrascht wie gut es ausgestattet ist. Alles ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll. Besonders genossen haben wir die Terrasse und die Außenküche. Und natürlich den kurzen Weg zum Strand. Das Wasser war warm, sehr sauber und der Strand im September fast leer.

Herrlich ruhig und wunderschön
148 Schritte zum Strand, Terrasse überdacht mit Blick zum Meer, super Wlan, Schlafzimmer mit Moskitoschutz, alles sauber und funktional. Auf der Terrasse gibt es ein Schwalbennest das hoffentlich noch viele Schwalbenjunge beherbergt. Die Küchenausstattung ist übersichtlich, es gibt kein Verbrauchsmaterial oder Gewürze. Das Haus ist ausreichend für 2 Personen, rechts gegenüber mit ausreichend Abstand gibt es noch ein Doppelhaus. Insgesamt ist das Haus einfach und landestypisch.

Fantastic view, close to the sea.
Perfect house with three terraces. The terrace at the top of the house gives a perfect few over the beach. The kitchen equipment could be better. The host (Guiseppe) is very kind.

Schöne Ferien in Celafù
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier. Das Haus war perfekt und das Meer (im November) fast kein Mensch zu sehen, etwas kalt aber trotzdem schön für ein Bad! Das Städtchen Cefalù ist mit dem Auto etwa 10 Minuten entfernt und sehr schön zum verweilen. Der Berg La Rocca sollte man von oben gesehen haben, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Ausserdem hat Cefalù viele schöne kleine Läden und Boutiquen… Einen schönen Ausflug in der Nähe ist das Castello dei Ventimiglia in Castelbuono. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien auf Sizilien und empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Häuschen von Giuseppe. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch direkt in einer Zitrusplantage ca. 50m vom Meer entfernt. Der feine Sandstrand und das Meer sind fantastisch, der Strand war immer sehr leer und fast einsam (September). Das Haus ist nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend ausgestattet und für zwei Personen absolut passend. Die Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und die Außenküche haben wir gerne und oft genutzt. Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall auf die Mücken vorbereiten. So bald die Sonne untergegangen ist, kann man ungeschützt nicht lange draussen sitzen. Demzufolge ist es auch schwer, die Mücken aus dem Haus fern zuhalten. Giuseppe war ein sehr zuverlässiger und freundlicher Vermieter. Auf Fragen hat er immer sehr schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank noch mal!

Qualcosa che da Siciliano mi ha riportato ai tempi dei nonni
ripagati dalla vacanza vissuta come raccontate dalle foto, stupenda tenuta quella della fam Cirincione, che coniuga al meglio le comodità ed i confort per grandi e piccini con la più secolare tradizione siciliana: la campagna con i suoi agrumeti con un viale di accesso alberato immortalato sul mare.
