Terrazza Ponente is a recently built apartment located in a quiet and easy to reach area of Cefalù, from where is possible to enjoy a panoramic view that leaves breathless, thanks to the huge terrace of 60 square metres.

Terrazza Ponente is the ideal solution for people coming by car because the apartment has a private parking, but also for guests who would like to use public transportation given the bus stop just 50 metres away.
Terrazza Ponente has the advantage of being in a building with lift and inside is composed as follows: large living room/kitchen with sofa bed and access to the terrace, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub).

Great views
Over all a great place to stay. Walk to anywhere in the cento district and beaches Just to mention could use some lounge chairs for the large patio as there are only kitchen table chairs. Also no where to plug in any appliances at the Kitchen counter..

Good choice
Good location and very good contract with the property manager. Sergio was very helpful and supportive. The only comment from my side is regarding the cleanliness of the apartment. It wasn't terrible but could be better. As you are charged additionally for cleaning and towels you would expect everything to be spot on clean. Oveall rating for holiday in cafalu and chosen apartment is good and we would stay thare again. Than you.

Nice place to stay
Not sure why the negative response of the additional costs. This was made quite clear on the website and Sergio was a breeze to deal with. The unit is basic but we’ll located with underground parking. Cefalu is a great place to visit. Thanks Sergio.

Loved our stay in Cefalù but there are areas that need improvement and some disappointments.
Nice new building but after staying in 4 different locations like this over our 2 week stay in Italy there were areas of concern at this location. The unit was like new but saying that there were no amenities, no salt, pepper, sugar. no provisions at all so plan a trip to by everything if you are staying here. The unit only had enough hot water for 1 shower every couple of hours, not ideal for 4 people trying to get ready for the day. Upon arriving, we were told there were additional charges for cleaning the unit and linen and WiFi. We expected taxes which we paid in all locations but the extra costs where never explained prior to arrival or during the booking process.

Casa tutto confortevole
In questa proprietà siamo stati meravigliosamente benissimo....non mancava niente....tutto curato nei dettagli....ampia e confortevole....una terrazza panoramica vista mare che si vedeva tutta la cita meravigliosa di Cefalù....per me non era lontano, però comodissimo anche il bus che ferma 50 metri da casa.....consigliatissimo
