"We traveled with a large group and this was the only home that could accommodate all 7 of us. The owners reside in an adjacent home on the property. They were there if we needed anything but did not intrude. We had access to a washing machine, and the home has a bathtub which several of us enjoyed. The views from the property are incredible and you have a large outdoor area with a picnic table and BBQ. Definitely a rustic home with lots of old world features. "The house was comfortable. The gentleman living in the adjacent home was very gracious, helpful and welcoming. The house is as listed. It is a short walk to the ocean. The view of the volcano, Pico, is magnificent. The house is about 15 minutes driving from the airport, 15-20 minutes from a supermarket, and 20-25 minutes from the ferry in Magdalena. "A perfect house for our family. Myself, my sister, daughter and son in law had plenty of space, 3 separate bedrooms, 3 separate bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a store around the corner for supplies. Wonderful outdoor space. Gated property. Communication with Zelda was a breeze. She was very helpful explaining how appliances worked and places to explore. We loved our stay!!!! Thank you!!!"
