Stone house built in 1936 and completely restored. For this typical local materials such as chestnut wood present in windows and floors and the exclusive local stone they were used.
It has three floors. In the first the very spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a large living room is located, all very airy.
In the second are two bedrooms, one with a bed of 1.50 and two of 90 (optional); the other with a bed of 1.35. Both have stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean to enjoy spectacular sunsets. On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom.
On the top floor there is an attic that has 5 beds, three of them of 1.05 and two of 90. A cozy space surrounded by the warmth that gives us the large amount of timber on it.
Outside it features two porches. One in front from which you can see incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and a incomparable sunsets. And another on the back, more private part which has barbecue and dining area.
